Petals & Presence

A calming watercolor and ink workshop for reconnecting through art.

LIVE ZOOM THERAPEUTIC ART SESSION

April 12, 2026 | 7:00 - 8:30PM ADT

Cost $24

In this live zoom class, we're going to slow down and start right at the beginning. We're going to let the paint lead the way with expressive watercolor blooms - petals, leaves and stems will then come to life with marker and ink details.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN IN PETALS & PRESENCE:

  • Loose brushstrokes for creating petals, leaves and stems

  • Harmonious color palettes for florals

  • Letting water and pigment work together to create natural, organic shapes

  • Wet-in-wet blending

  • Creating gestural detail and movement with ink so flowers feel expressive

Slow down into a calming flow state.

Just through the simple act of creating without judgment, the body and mind begin to soften.

My name is Lyndsay. I'm a Therapeutic Arts Practitioner. My focus is on guiding you through the process of creating - not to create something perfect, but to create for self-expression and simply the joy of making art.

After establishing a regular art practice for myself, I have felt a recurring pull to create space and opportunity to connect with other women who may benefit in this same way. A space for those who feel busy, or struggle to make time for something new (even if it's good for them!) A space to create without judgement, to create art as self-care, as mindfulness and as connection.
