Original Artwork
Original artwork sales are final. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the damage so that a replacement, repair, or refund can be arranged where appropriate.
Fine Art Prints & Paper Goods
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. A replacement or refund will be provided once the issue has been reviewed.
Returns
Due to the nature of artwork and made-to-order items, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order.
Shipping
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their country.
